Candidate-reported interview process

The work was okay, it was just focused on the job. It was fine, but could have been better. If they were more proactive or detailed, it would have been better.

It was a good interview. The recruiter didn't know much about the Toronto market or construction industry. The interaction was positive and done over the phone. The position is full-time, on-site.

I had a phone screen with HR first. Then, after about three weeks, they contacted me to set up an interview with the manager. The second interview was with a manager and an HR representative. Both interviews were about 30 minutes long.
