Candidate-reported interview process

First you have a virtual teams call with HR or the recruiting agent. If they think you are a fit, then a second interview will be set up with the hiring manager you will be reporting to.

They offered an interesting graduate opportunity and even had a meaningful interview. I was told I would be put through to the next stage, which felt overtly positive. Then there was radio silence, and after I reached out twice to ask, I didn't hear back. It doesn't matter if things change, but it's unprofessional to not communicate.

It was a very laid-back, casual call. They shared a lot about the company, and by the end, all my questions were answered. The wait to finalize things after the initial chat was a bit stressful, though.
