They are looking for a certain type of candidate. The OMs were extremely nice and they wanted to know more about me and what I could do. They also just wanted to know if I was a good fit.
The interview process included a lunch, a site visit to a construction project, and an in-office interview. It started off pretty relaxed, but the in-office part got more serious.
It was a lot of questions related to the field that I ended up learning on the job, and it helped me get a full-time position elsewhere. There were also some questions about managing conflict.
