I applied and then got a call from the Senior Corporate recruiter for a quick phone chat. Next, I interviewed with the VP and a Senior Designer. After that, they asked for my references and ran a background check. The Senior I/O Consultant and HR Manager finished up by answering my last questions about the job and company. They said they'd decide in a week. I checked in two weeks later and they were still deciding. I didn't follow up again and they ghosted me after about a month and a half, no rejection email or anything.

Next, they asked for my references and ran a background check. Lastly, the Senior I/O Consultant and HR Manager spoke with me to address any final questions I had about the job and company. Had a screening call, then 2 interviews that were each about 45 minutes long, one was virtual and the other was in person at a coffee shop. The final interview was with their HR rep. During my interviews, they kept bringing up jobs I didn't apply for and started interviewing me for them without warning. It wasn't super hard since most questions were about my experience and culture fit. However, the company seemed really disorganized, and I could never get a clear answer about what I was actually being interviewed for. After being quite communicative during the process, they ghosted me.
