It was a chill conversation. I got to talk about my past successes and how I handle different scenarios. Overall, it was a good interview.
I had a laid-back phone interview where we talked about why I wanted to be a pharmacy tech, if I'd go back to school, and how I handle multitasking. After that, I was offered an onsite interview at the hospital. There, I met with the hiring manager who asked me basic questions about my pharmacy or teamwork experience. The pharmacy tech lead was supposed to be there but wasn't, so I had a Teams meeting with her the next day. She asked some similar and some different questions. It was all pretty laid-back and friendly.
The interview process was very professional and timely. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and made an effort to see if I was a good fit for the role and if the role was a good fit for me.
