Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was smooth and effective. After applying, I was contacted pretty quickly and scheduled an interview. I managed to complete my first two interviews within a week, which made it easy to decide on this company.

After applying, I had an initial screening call, and then a 70-minute virtual interview with the hiring manager and department director. The whole process, from applying to hearing back about the decision, took just under two months.

I recently finished my interview process with Advocate Construction. Overall, it was a great experience, and they were very friendly and professional. It was a long process, but they kept me informed about where we were at each step.
