The interview process felt okay, but it was too long and informal, making it hard to navigate as a young professional.
I had a phone screening first. Then, I had 4 interviews back-to-back on the same day, lasting about two hours total. The interviewers were nice and the workplace seemed good. It was a productive experience because each person interviewed me separately, unlike typical interviews where multiple people might be there at once.
It was a quick interview that was set up by a recruiter. I was supposed to meet with HR first for paperwork and questions, but that did not happen because the associate wasn't available. The interviewer was prepared and ready to talk. You need to be ready to take charge and discuss how you can contribute.
