Candidate-reported interview process
This was a long, unorganized, and excruciating interview process that took nearly 9 weeks to complete. Communication was poor and the team seemed disorganized. After 9 weeks and 2 rounds of interviews, I received an automated rejection. It was unusual not to discuss upper management strategies or meet any management team members for an executive-level position.
The interview process was good. A recruiter contacted me by email and we scheduled a 30-minute call. It was a standard call where they asked about me, described the company, and left time for my questions.
Everyone that I met with was lovely - from HR, to lateral colleagues, to management. Each interviewer represented the company well and gave me a deeper undestanding of the role and the culture. No complaints!
