Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was insightful and definitely providing a lot of information for the candidates to understand what need to emphasize on. Therefore, the overall process was pleasing. It is definitely worthwhile to go for this interview.

A week after applying, I got contacted and we set up a phone interview that went well. The interviewer said I'd hear back within two weeks. As the third week started, I reached out and was told they'd update me by 'late next week.' That week passed, so I had to contact them again. They then said the company's needs shifted and the role wasn't open anymore.

I applied online and then had a phone interview scheduled. They asked the typical behavioral questions, like 'Tell me about yourself' and 'Name of your biggest challenges and how did you manage...'. The interviewer seemed really uninterested, and it was over in about 30 minutes. I didn't get the job, but I think it worked out for the best.
