Candidate-reported interview process

So, I applied on their site, and a week later, got an email for a phone screening. The phone interview was pretty chill, about 30 minutes, mostly about my background and how I fit. After that, I got called in for an in-person interview. That was with two people from the hiring team, lasted about 90 minutes. The first hour was all technical stuff and problem-solving, they wanted to see how I handle problems and think on my feet.

It was a 1-month process with 3 technical rounds and 2 managerial rounds. The HR team was transparent and communicated clearly. The interviewers were highly skilled and the levels were good.

It can be protracted, taking weeks to months once you do score an interview date. Interviews themselves can be 4-6 hours long over multiple days with multiple panels. I suffered through 2 phone screens, 2 on-sites and two more phone interviews for a total of 13 hours spread across 2 months only to be turned down, no one remembering me or why I was rejected and then a year later hired as a contractor for 13 months in the QA department.
