Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty straightforward. For sales/marketing/commercial roles, you need to be engaging, energetic, professional, and a great communicator. Make sure you organize your thoughts and have clear examples of meeting a quantitative goal and the process you took to get there.

It was a quick, 15-minute chat. The interviewer was really nice and was very open about the role, which involves a lot of cold and warm calling. The main point is to bring in revenue and meet monthly sales targets. She mentioned I should expect to hear back sometime next week. While it's not the most glamorous work, the pay is pretty good for someone just starting out.

The process was pretty fast since I was an extern and got an automatic entry level interview. Two people interviewed me for about 30-45 minutes each. All the externs also got to shadow someone in the role.
