Candidate-reported interview process

I was contacted by a recruiter within days of applying. It was a quick phone chat. Then another recruiter reached out to schedule an in-person meeting. I waited weeks for a response to my emails. We finally set a date, but they canceled the day before. We rescheduled, and the first interview was on Skype, but it barely worked. The second interview was in person, and the interviewer asked very few questions. It's been a month and a half with no follow-up. It would be professional to at least send an email if you're not moving forward after an in-person interview.

I applied online and it was simple. A few weeks later, a coordinator emailed me to set up a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter, which went well.

I had a quick chat with the recruiter for this role, lasting about 15 minutes. They wanted me to walk them through my resume and talk about my background.
