Candidate-reported interview process

It was a nice company, with a good benefits package. I had to relocate for this opportunity, but unfortunately, it wasn't feasible due to my personal circumstances. The process included standard competency interview questions, meeting with various team members, and a discussion about strategy.

It was a good interview. The interviewers were humble and encouraged me to think outside the box. I would advise everyone to be like them. Lastly, keep it crisp and to the point, don't beat around the bush and tell us what is asked.

I initially applied for a different role, but after a phone interview, I was considered for the Director position. The initial phone chat with a Director was quite positive. However, the in-person interview started off a bit flat, and it felt like the interviewers weren't fully engaged. To make things more challenging, one interviewer canceled last minute, which made me wonder if it was intentional, especially given the vibe from the first interviewer. Overall, the experience was pretty unimpressive.
