Candidate-reported interview process

I started with a phone interview with HR, where they asked basic questions about my resume. After that, I had another phone interview with my direct manager. Finally, I was invited to DC for an in-person interview with the rest of the team.

The process was fast, with an initial phone chat and then in-person meetings about a week later. Communication could have been better though. HR does the phone call, and then the team members you would be working with conduct the in-person interviews.

I applied online and about two weeks later, I got scheduled for an interview with the recruiter. It was an okay experience, the interviewer seemed really robotic and unprepared, not really engaged.
