Candidate-reported interview process

HR screen, then a manager interview with scenario-based questions, followed by technical and hypothetical questions. I used the STAR method for all my answers to make sure they were clear and impactful, and I made sure to quantify results to show measurable achievements. I took a moment to think when surprised, which interviewers like. I also made sure to offer deeper technical examples and be ready for sharper questions about the role's immediate next steps or biggest project milestones.

I got a phone screen about a week after I applied. The HR person was really nice and asked typical questions. It was short, about 10-15 mins. After that, I had my on-site interview.

After submitting my resume and cover letter, I heard back about an interview in about 2-3 weeks. I made it to the first interview, but unfortunately, I wasn't selected for a second round.
