Candidate-reported interview process

The beginning of the interview process is pretty much what you'd expect. They ask questions to get a feel for your personality and how you work. They're upfront about what they expect from the start.

We did a video chat interview, face-to-face. It had a few questions about my background and personal details, my thoughts on some subjects, and a practice run with the person interviewing me.

The interview process was really thorough, convenient, and well-done. It was split into 3 parts: a virtual interview, a teller assessment, and then another interview. All of these could be done from home.
