The interview process had two stages. The first was a technical interview with someone who seemed to have average knowledge. The second stage was more focused on salary expectations. They are looking for candidates who will accept a lower package. If you have a good package and good knowledge, I'd advise against this interview; it's a waste of time.
I had a phone interview that was followed up by an in person interview. I met with the Director of Sales, the Sales Operations Manager, and the COO. It was a super quick process, they got back to me about the job within 48 hours. They are very motivated and decisive, which I like.
I went through 3 rounds. The first was a technical face-to-face interview where I got asked about Java, Spring framework, and my past projects. The second round focused entirely on my previous projects and my experiences interacting with clients. The third round was a discussion about the salary package.
