I applied online and got an email from an LCSW a few days later to schedule an interview. They were really flexible with my student schedule, letting me reschedule. It was a pretty laid-back interview, pretty standard for this kind of job. Mostly, they asked situational questions about how I'd handle things. It wasn't a bad experience overall, but I realized the job wasn't the right fit for me.
I applied online and got a call from HR pretty quick, like within 2 days. I ended up talking to HR a few times. Super weird though, before I even got to meet anyone in person, they wanted my references. Then it was like radio silence for about 2 months before they finally called me in for an in-person interview.
Started with a screen by a staffing company, then I met with key senior managers and people I'd be working with daily. Everyone was friendly, knew their stuff, and seemed dedicated to the organization's goals and mission. We had an open discussion, and all my questions got answered. They also gave me a tour of the facility.
