It was a pretty good interview process. I met some of the team members and toured the facility. The interviewers were informative and nice. There were a few clinical questions and some behavioral questions.

got an email to confirm I was still interested, then did my first on-site interview with the manager. They asked standard questions about my past jobs. The second interview was with some other staff members in a group interview setting to see if I'd fit in with the department.
