The interview was conducted online using Microsoft Teams. It was a straightforward, conversational, and very fast process, lasting about 15 minutes. I received a job offer just three hours after the interview.
About 7 weeks after applying, I got a call to set up an interview. It was in person with the nurse manager and clinical coordinator, and it was a really nice chat. They mentioned they'd let me know about the results by the end of that week, but I actually got an offer the very next day!
The interview with the nurse manager was very casual and personable. It was short and mostly focused on my education and previous work experience. Although the manager was initially interviewing for night positions, she was able to accommodate my interest in a day shift and an offer was eventually made for that. It all worked out well. I brought a resume, but it wasn't really necessary.
