AdventHealth Shawnee Mission Interview Questions

I had an in-person interview with the nurse manager, education director, and the current charge nurse. It was pretty relaxed and conversational. They each had questions for me. They were all really nice and welcoming!

It was a long process and it seems like they have too many people involved in the interview process. I got asked questions by phone and then called back two weeks later and asked the same questions again. It took a long time to actually get an in-person interview and they were constantly changing their minds about what they wanted.

It was a super fast and straightforward hiring process. First, I spoke with a recruiter, then I interviewed with the team, and they extended an offer. I ended up declining it because the compensation was the same as what they offered new graduates, even though I have nearly four years of experience. The pay just wasn't competitive.
