The interview process started on time and took 30 minutes. The interviewers were professional and accommodating, making me feel comfortable. The entire experience was outstanding, and their professional demeanor kept me from feeling nervous.

Had an initial phone chat with HR, mostly to check if I fit the qualifications and talk about salary. Then, about a week later, I had a Zoom call with my potential supervisor.

The interview kicked off with a meet-and-greet with the hiring manager and an existing team member. I got a look at the office and the specific room where I'd be seeing clients. I also had a chat with the department director. Things got pretty intense with some really challenging questions right at the start, which threw me off for the rest of the interview.
