AdventHealth Gordon Interview Questions

I got an offer for an interview the day after I applied. Setting up the first phone interview was super easy. They were also really flexible about whether the interview was in person or virtual, whatever worked best.

I applied online and then got a call from their Florida headquarters to set up a phone interview. During that call, they asked me about my personality, why I wanted to work there, and why I chose healthcare. After that, they scheduled an in-person interview at the hospital where I spoke with two managers from different departments. They asked similar questions to see which department would be the best fit for me. The whole process was really smooth and everyone was super nice and genuine.

Had a quick 15 min chat with the recruiter first, then about a week later, I had a 30 min interview with the team where we talked about my experience with data transformation and analysis techniques.
