The interview was pretty good and focused on patient experience. We talked about the faith-based environment here. They asked about my strengths and weaknesses, and why I wanted to join AHZ. We also discussed my skills and how they'd fit the role I applied for. It felt like a recruiter call, then a phone screen, and then an onsite interview.
I sent in my application online and then the manager called me for a phone interview. It was actually pretty chill, not like those super intense ones. The person interviewing me had a list of questions they were reading from and they wrote down my answers. I felt pretty good about it the whole time. A few days later, I went in for an in-person chat with the manager.
I had a video interview and then two in-person interviews for the residency program. The first in-person interview was with managers, and the second one was with my potential peers. The interview questions were all behavioral. The whole experience was negative because in the end, I just got a generic email from the system saying I didn't get the job, which was really disheartening after going through a long process.
