The hiring manager from the office called me directly to schedule an interview. I got there 15 minutes early. Unlike some places, AdventHealth doesn't talk salary right away. A recruiter will send an email with a figure before making a formal offer.
You can find job openings on the Careers page and apply. You'll need to create an account to get updates on job postings and HR messages, which will include your hiring and interview status. The whole process usually takes about three weeks or more.
I applied in October and got a call mid-November for an initial phone interview with the office manager. They asked what I could bring to the table. A week later, I got another call to schedule a face-to-face interview for the following week. During that week, I researched the organization and the Adventist background since they asked about it. The interview, which lasted two pages, covered office procedures and how to handle difficult situations. I was interviewed by both HR and the office manager. It was a pretty relaxed process. I'm still waiting to hear back.
