Advent Global Solutions Interview Questions

The interview felt very chill and friendly. There were some technical questions about my GMP background and explaining the basic relations between validation deliverables, but it wasn't too hard.

3 rounds total, including mock calls, the recruitment program and process, an HR round, a manager round, and a VP round. After that, there's 1 week of training. So, it's 1st the HR round, then 2 manager rounds, and 3 VP rounds, making it 3 rounds in total.

So there were 2 rounds. The first round was all about how you communicate. The second round was more behavioral, asking stuff like 'tell me about yourself' and what your strengths and weaknesses are, and why you want to work here. I think the key is to just be confident in what you say, and that should be enough.
