The interview process was offsite because the company was planning to replace the current Accounts Payable Manager. The hiring process was very slow and inconsistent. After that, there were two more interviews conducted via Teams. One was with the Recruiting Manager and the other was with the VPs of operations.
The interview process was very informal. When I asked why I was passed over, the manager stated she didn't want to invest the time in training me. I felt that my previous experience was not taken into account by the manager.
This was the best interview process I've ever experienced. You get to talk to the head of the company and also complete a mock task to show you know your stuff. The people there really care about their team.
