It was a good but challenging interview process with 4 rounds. The response time from HR was quite slow, and there were communication issues, but the company culture seems good.
The interview process was pretty easy to moderate. There were only 3 rounds total. First, a virtual screening round with HR. Then, Round 1 with one of the team leaders. Finally, an Ops round with the Manager. They mostly asked basic questions about you and your past work experience. It's important that you have great knowledge of Excel.
I applied online and got a call from HR. The process included a telephonic round with HR, then another telephonic round with a different HR. Next, I had a video interview with a Senior Manager, followed by an in-person interview with the same Senior Manager. Then, there was an in-person meeting with Senior HR, and another in-person meeting with the Delivery Director. The process concluded with a video interview with the CXO and a final in-person interview with one of the client's CXOs. I'm still waiting for feedback after all these stages.
