I interviewed with the team and thought parts of the process were organized and responsive. Recruiting coordination and communication were smooth overall. However, the final interview experience was not as good. The interviewer's tone was dismissive at times and raised concerns about potential bias. Some interactions felt uncomfortable and made it hard to fully engage. I believe interview environments should be respectful and inclusive, especially in final stages when candidates learn more about the team and culture. I'm thankful for the interview opportunity and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others.
The interview process started with a virtual screening test which included programming codes and multiple-choice questions on automation testing. This was followed by a virtual face-to-face manual testing round. Then there was a whole team virtual face-to-face managerial round. Finally, there was a virtual HR face-to-face discussion.
The interview process consisted of 4 rounds. The first was a technical round. The second involved a coding test focused on API creation using C# and Web API. The third was a managerial round, followed by a final HR round.
