I had a really fast phone interview setup, but then the recruiter just vanished and didn't even show up. When I followed up, they told me the job wasn't open anymore. Honestly, if I hadn't reached out, I probably wouldn't have even known, and I thought that was super unprofessional.
The interview process was good, I went through multiple interviews and finished the final round. However, at the end, I was ghosted and communication was terrible. I wouldn't work with them if all recruiters have the same issues and terrible communication pattern.
It was a simple onsite interview. They didn't ask any coding questions, it was more like a conversation. They did ask a few questions about JS but that was it. If you seem like you have good energy and are really interested in working with JS, this is a great place for you.
