It was a quick 15-minute chat about my past work and when I like to work. Since I had the right experience, it was a fast process. They also reply fast to applications.

Back in the late 2000s, I had to do an onsite application first. Then I had an interview with one person, and after that, I met with another. The first interviewer had this vibe like they thought they were way better than me. There was also some light, unprofessional mocking going on. On top of all that, the job offer they eventually made was significantly lower than what similar positions were paying elsewhere at the time.
