Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is pretty standard. You start by filling out an application, then you chat with a recruiter. After that, the recruiter sends your info over to different hospitals, and a manager will give you a call for a phone interview. If that goes well, the manager will offer you a work assignment.

The interview experience was really nice. It was fast, simple, and felt personal. I talked with the CEO, a manager, HR, and the marketing director, all one-on-one. They were all really nice and encouraging throughout. I got hired in under two weeks!

There was an online application and skills test. It involved multiple tests and completing company documents. You also needed to bring all shot records, current TB test results, ACLS and BLS dates, and any other pertinent certifications. Make sure your current license is up to date.
