So there are four interviews in total. First is a 15 minute phone call. Then, there are two hour long zoom meetings. The last meeting is also on zoom and it is with 4 people. This last interview is focused on the company's core values to see if the candidate is a good fit for the position.
It was a fair and thorough process. Just be ready with some hard-hitting questions of your own if you want to get the full story from the company about the day-to-day realities. They are masterful at selling a dream and ignoring boots on the ground facts of life.
The interview process was quite extensive, with more questions and people to meet than I anticipated for this role. They were very thorough and even performed several reference checks. I was really worried I wouldn't get the job, so I was thrilled when I got the offer!
