The interview process was great and everyone was really nice! It was more of a conversation, which was appreciated. Because it's a smaller agency, you get to meet a lot of the team, which is good for getting a feel for the place.
The interviewers were really kind and patient. They asked me about my personal goals, strengths, and weaknesses, and also asked questions related to the job description to see if I was a good fit. They also inquired about my personal wants and needs. The interview wasn't intimidating at all and they were supportive of my personal needs, making the atmosphere feel welcoming.
The interview process was quite conversational. It started with an initial HR phone call. Then, there were two in-person interviews at the office (this was before Covid). After that, the rest of the interviews were conducted over TEAMS. I met with about 3 to 4 people from the company, and also had a meeting with a client before an offer was extended.
