A recruiter reached out about a potential role, but it turned out they didn't actually have any openings. I still went through with the interview, and it seemed like I was going to get the job. However, they later called to say there were no positions available and they'd keep my application on file. This was pretty misleading and frustrating, especially since the main office is hours away. A phone call would have been better if there wasn't a position.
We’ll start with some basic questions about investigations to check out your experience, motivation, and if you're up for the job. This role isn't for people who are lazy or not mentally tough because you'll be working by yourself most of the time, like 99% of it.
A lady contacted me to set up an interview with the HR Manager. It was done via Skype, and then a phone interview was done via Skype as well. It was a very easy and nice interview. The HR Manager seemed pleasant and informative.
