Candidate-reported interview process

I went through 2 interviews with 2 senior managers or business owners. I also had to prepare and present a budget at each interview, and then go through a debrief and review.

The process was really thorough, with 4 interviews in total. It usually begins with a recruiter call, then HR, and then you finish with at least 2 interviews with upper management.

Fill out the app online, fulfill the video request on time and interview its that easy. Two phone calls and one Skype call were part of the process.
