They first did a phone screening to go over the job description and learn a bit about me. After that, there was an online interview with the manager, recruiter, and lead manager.
The interview lasted about an hour and there were three people from the company there. It was hard to tell who was in charge or making the decisions because the interview seemed disorganized. The information about the job was also confusing.
