They first did a phone screening to go over the job description and learn a bit about me. After that, there was an online interview with the manager, recruiter, and lead manager.

The interview lasted about an hour and there were three people from the company there. It was hard to tell who was in charge or making the decisions because the interview seemed disorganized. The information about the job was also confusing.

The interview process with Advantage Engineers LLC spanned a month, starting with a phone screen and concluding with an on-site interview. I initially applied online in February 2020, after which a recruiter contacted me for a phone screen. The subsequent stages proceeded rapidly.
