Candidate-reported interview process

The superday had 4 quick interviews. Everyone was very nice and happy to answer my questions about the company. The interview was mostly behavioral, except for one technical interview where they asked basic equity and debt questions to check my understanding of accounting fundamentals.

It was a pretty chill interview process, involving one behavioral interview and one technical interview. The behavioral part was mostly about my background and what motivates me. The technical part was a bit challenging, requiring knowledge of financial concepts like valuations, debts, entrepreneurial finance, and convertible notes.

So there were two initial calls, with an analyst or associate. If you make it past that, then you have a second round with more senior people, and they ask more technical questions.
