When you first join, you'll immediately face a medical scenario. They were nice and allowed another attempt in 30 days. You really need to know all your medical information inside and out and be ready. It might surprise you if you haven't studied.

It was a standard interview where they asked about my availability and other stuff. Then they gave me a scenario similar to what you'd get in EMT training, and I had to explain out loud what I would do.

The interview process started with a quick 10-minute medical assessment that you had to pass, followed by an interview with HR, and then a written test that was sent online to complete. It wasn't too bad.
