The interview had 3 phases: HR, Technical, and another Technical interview. The interviews weren't too hard, and I felt I answered about 99% of the questions correctly. However, a week after passing the second phase, I got an automated email saying I was rejected and they'd gone with other candidates. It was confusing and felt unprofessional because there was no personal explanation from HR about why. This also raises a red flag about their HR/people services. My advice is not to take everything they say at face value, as some info the HR person gave me was later contradicted by the engineer I spoke with.
It was a good interview, different backend questions and also little frontend. It wasn't difficult. The position for full stack developer for customer. Springboot, java basics, steaming, collection, angular, java script
The interview process was straightforward and didn't need much prep. They gave me a task that was good for seeing how creative I am, which is key for this job. It let me show how I think and solve problems. It was a good experience and showed how important creativity is for this role.
