First, I had an initial phone screen, which was a phone call. Then, about a week later, I got a call to set up an in-person interview. This in-person interview was with several people and lasted a couple of hours.
It was a very thorough and detailed process with a bunch of interviewers. It took a whole day but was super organized. You actually got to meet the main people you'd be working with from different departments.
It was a behavior-based interview process, not too high pressure. They wanted to see if I could handle situations with ambiguity and limited outside data. First, I had a call with the external recruiter. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone. The final part was meeting the whole team and the HR director in person.
