I went through a 5-month-long interview process, which included a final interview with the Executive Director and my potential supervisor. After that, it took them about a month to get back to me and let me know they weren't hiring for the role anymore. I was pretty mad at first, but then I felt relieved because I think I dodged a bullet. If they treat their employees like this, I don't want to work there.
Had a phone screener interview. About halfway through, it became obvious the job advertised wasn't the one actually open. I felt like they were testing my knowledge of social justice terms rather than my fit for the role. After the interview, I sent a thank you and heard nothing back.
I applied online and then the HR manager called me to set up an interview. The interview itself had three people on the panel, though one did most of the asking. They asked typical interview questions and were pretty nice.
