AdvancedMD Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

First I spoke with a recruiter, then had a phone call with the manager. After that, I went in for a 1.5 hour in person interview where they asked standard SQL design, algorithm, and architectural questions, as well as standard "what's a better design" and "how would you design" questions.

I had to do a coding exercise using pseudocode in a language I picked. Then, a panel reviewed it and gave me some feedback.

The interview process has 3 rounds. It starts with a recruiter screening, followed by a technical interview with a Tech Lead where they test your skills. The final round is a team interview where you'll do a coding exercise (FizBuzz) and they'll assess how you work in a team based on the requirements.
