It was a 3 step process, mostly behavioral questions. Nothing too hard, just make sure you have stories ready and think about how you can add value to the company based on your background. They don't need a specific answer, they just want to see that you have the skills to approach a problem and go through the problem solving process to fix it.
It was a standard interview process with questions about my background, interests for growth, and how I solve problems. Some of the questions were focused on how to handle difficult situations and people. The interviewers were friendly, and I felt good after the rounds.
The interview process was quite lengthy, spanning two months and involving numerous video calls with various team members. It culminated in a final in-person meeting with the leadership team, where I was asked typical questions about sales strategies and problem-solving. Despite the extensive two-month duration, the recruiter failed to provide an update on the offer status or confirm if they had proceeded with other candidates, which felt like a waste of my time.
