Advanced RPO Interview Questions

Really smooth and organized interview process. It was great to chat with the Account Managers who gave me insight into the daily responsibilities and potential career paths within the company. I also appreciated that they provided updates during the interview period.

The interview process involved a phone call followed by a video interview. It was pretty easy and convenient. It was nice that they used technology for video interviews with phone audio backup. What a cool idea, and the whole process of connecting and doing the video interview was really smooth.

It was a four-interview process that took about six weeks. The first interview was with an HR person. Then I had two interviews with account managers, followed by a final in-person interview with the president.
