I applied online and a recruiter reached out a couple days later. We did a phone screening, and then they scheduled an in-person interview for the next week. There was a panel of about four people. They asked typical interview questions and seemed nice. They mentioned it would be in-person, but maybe hybrid after 3-6 months. After not hearing back for two and a half weeks, I asked the recruiter for an update. They said hiring was on hold for the position.
The interview process was quick and smooth. They didn't ask too many open-ended questions, they were more directly related to the position. They even walked you around the facility for a tour.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. However, the company extended an offer for a role that turned out not to be available. I was left hanging for about a month, thinking I had a job secured. The way they rescinded the offer was really unprofessional.
