The process was unorganized, with no feedback for weeks, and focused on subjective aspects rather than technical skills. They had zero respect for the candidate's time. After over 30 days of silence following the final interview and a generic closing from the consulting firm that managed the process (Cruma), I don't recommend participating in their processes if you value your time and professionalism.
The hiring manager, HR, and a senior director were involved. The process was quick and to the point. The interview was well-led. The hiring manager presented several real-life scenarios and asked how I would tackle them. They also inquired about my personal life, showing openness to understanding me as an individual.
The hiring process was fast, handled by an external consultancy. There were two interview rounds with the leadership team, plus one with the consultant's analyst who asked typical career questions. No case study was required for this role.
