Candidate-reported interview process

They start with a phone screen, then the in-person interview. The questions were pretty basic and they asked about salary expectations. It was short, under 20 mins.

So, first I had to fill out some paperwork for HR before the in-person interview. Then, they sent me an email to set up the meeting with the hiring manager.

The interview process moved fast and was straightforward. I was contacted for an interview within two days of our initial phone conversation. The interview itself felt relaxed and more like a chat, which was great. I didn't feel any pressure and felt comfortable the entire time. I heard back from them with a decision in under two weeks after the interview.
