I did a pre-screen with a recruiter who was very nice and informative. After that, I was asked to come in for a second round interview with 2 managers from different divisions. They asked me questions about my experience, my comfort level with sales calls, and some scenario-based questions. I got a good feel for the job and am excited to start. I also got to shadow a recruiter and see their computer setup.
The interview process included a phone interview that lasted 30-45 minutes. Then there was a writing assessment, a personality test, and finally an in-person interview with a tour. The whole thing took about 3-4 hours. They ultimately decided not to offer me the job because they felt I didn't have enough recruiting experience, even though my resume clearly showed I had no prior recruiting experience and mostly sales experience.
The interview process was quick and straightforward. The interviewer wanted to understand my skills and qualifications, and asked hypothetical questions based on my experience. It seemed like a good fit, but the relocation aspect was an issue.
