First, there was a 2-hour test assessing reading, math, and comprehension skills. It was a neat way to see how someone thinks. After that, it was a standard interview with the hiring manager.

First, there was a computer based assessment that took some time before the main interview. After that, I spoke with two people. The whole thing lasted about 2 hours. They were nice, but it just wasn't the right fit for me.

The interview process was okay but they don't do what they say and never get back to you. They also tell you the job is closed and then you still see it open. You apply for one job and they call you about another. No communication between hiring personnel.
